The Conti Group Honored as Respected “Best Place to Work”

The Conti Group has been recognized again as a winner of the Best Places to Work from NJBIZ for 2017, in response to satisfaction surveys from its employees across diverse business units. Rankings will be revealed at the award reception and ceremony in April.

To identify the “best” employers, NJBIZ heavily weighs the responses to confidential employee surveys polling on benefits, policy, engagement and satisfaction-related questions. The Best Place to Work acknowledgement is significant in that it shows that Conti employees are fulfilled as they propel the organization forward to achieve its growth objectives, while embodying the values and principles on which the firm was built.

Founded on cultures still intact today, Conti recently celebrated its 110^th anniversary at which time it commended the dedication and hard work of its valued employees; the same employees whose votes have earned Conti a spot on this admired list for the sixth time.
