As Co-Founder and CEO of Tenna, Austin leads the premier construction technology platform designed to optimize construction equipment management. His construction industry knowledge and know-how give rise to a best-fit, industry-standard product for contractors. As CEO, he has led the company to achieve exponential growth year over year, earning multiple industry recognitions and several Inc. 5000 rankings as one of the fastest-growing privately owned businesses in the country since 2022.

Prior to founding Tenna, Austin worked extensively within The Conti Group, specifically in construction operations for civil, building, environmental and energy projects. At Conti, he held roles in business development, project operations, estimating, and finance, gaining deep expertise in U.S. and international projects. Notably, he served in a dual role as Project Engineer and Project Developer for the Accra Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Project in Accra, Ghana and oversaw construction of the Radio Island Bridge for the NCDOT in North Carolina acting as Project Engineer and Site Superintendent. He interacted closely with field operations as well as corporate management, affording him a deep understanding of all facets of a large-scale construction business.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Babson College, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
